Our candles are handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, appearance, and scent may occur and are not considered defects.

4. Candle Safety Disclaimer

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, drafts, and anything that may catch fire. Burn candles only on a heat-resistant surface.

Caeli Candle Co. is not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow candle safety instructions.

5. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is due at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Caeli Candle Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging. Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.
