Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order.

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking link. Tracking may take a little time to update after the carrier receives your package. If you need help locating your order, contact us at info@caelicandle.com with your order number. 

Please contact us through our contact page ‘Say Hello’ within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the damaged candle and it’s packaging. Do not use a candle with cracked or broken glass. We’ll review the damage and arrange a replacement or refund. 

We accept returns on unused items in their original packing within 30 days of delivery.
